Fouad H. Naseemv MDB, BBA
Founder & CEO
Fouad brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the healthcare industry. He holds a Master’s degree in
Finance and Development Banking from the American University in Washington, D.C. As a highly regarded
healthcare consultant, Fouad is recognized for delivering innovative and strategic solutions to complex challenges
within the healthcare industry.
In 2008, Fouad founded GSR, after several years of dedicated service in the healthcare domain. Since then, he has
collaborated with a diverse range of healthcare organizations, including multispecialty group practices and
community hospitals, guiding them through the dynamic landscape of healthcare regulations, policies, and
technology. Fouad has successfully led numerous initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care, optimizing
operational efficiency, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Mohsin Iqbal CPA
Managing Director
Mohsin is an accomplished professional accountant with over 14 years of experience. As an Associate Member of
ICAP, a Certified Public Accountant (AICPA), and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified
Accountants (ACCA), he brings a wealth of expertise to GSR. Mohsin's background includes significant roles at
Ernst & Young in Assurance and Financial Accounting Advisory Services. His focus on financial excellence,
combined with his leadership and strategic vision, ensures that we consistently deliver innovative, high-quality
solutions that help our clients achieve their goals and navigate complex financial challenges.
Paul Doelling MHA, FACMPE
Director of Practice Management
Paul has over 33 years of experience as a healthcare administrator, specializing in managing private physician
group practices and hospital-employed physician groups. He holds a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from
Saint Louis University and has played a key role in the growth of various healthcare companies by addressing their
unique operational and financial needs. Paul has been a Fellow of the American College of Medical Practice
Executive since 2010. At GSR, his expertise has enabled organizations to surpass their competitors. Paul enhances
value through a consultative approach focused on improving physician practice operations and cash flow.
Gerald Caussade PMP, CISSP
Director of AI, Cybersecurity & Compliance
Gerald serves as the Director of AI, Cybersecurity, and Compliance at GSR, where he spearheads innovative
initiatives in these critical domains. He founded Graphical Business Intelligence with ClearAccess in 1987,
successfully selling the company to Sterling Software in 1994. In 1997, Gerald co-founded ArtinSoft/Mobilize, an AI
company based in Costa Rica, which was acquired by Snowflake (NYSE: SNOW) in February 2023. He specializes in
Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, AI Automation, and compliance, including frameworks such as
HIPAA. Gerald holds both PMP and CISSP certifications, underscoring his expertise and commitment to
excellence. As a visionary leader, he is dedicated to advancing the fields of cybersecurity, artificial intelligence,
and compliance.
Baha Alak DVM, MSc, PhD
Director of Scientific & Clinical Laboratory Services
Dr. Baha Alak is a highly regarded scientist and expert in clinical laboratory operations with over 45 years of
experience. He holds the prestigious certification as a Board-Certified High-Complexity Clinical Laboratory
Director. Dr. Alak has made impactful contributions to academic medicine, clinical diagnostics, research, and
fertility treatment. His diverse roles include professor, R&D scientist, lab director, and entrepreneur, enabling him
to connect research with practical clinical applications. His dedication to advancing laboratory practices and
mentoring future healthcare professionals has significantly improved patient care and outcomes in his fields of
expertise.
